infiniti M45 was based on the Y34-series Nissan Gloria, with styling almost identical to the Japanese-spec Gloria, and replaced the I30/I35 a.k.a in Japan as the Nissan Cefiro as Infiniti's mid-size car.

The production version is expected to go on sale across the world starting in spring 2010 as a 2011 model. The M will be sold as the M37 and M37x as well as the M56 and M56x with a V8 expected to produce over 400 bhp.
